Hello

I’m Adam Hunt, I’ve spent nearly a decade working in financial technology—across one of the world’s top stock exchanges and several Fortune 500 banks—supporting everything from product and risk to identity, data protection, and operations. Today, my work focuses on helping people and organizations actually use AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini in practical, meaningful ways.

What sets my work apart is how I show up: personable, transparent, and grounded in real experience. I take a human-in-the-loop approach to AI, helping people move from fear or confusion into curiosity, confidence, and action. Whether I’m working with businesses, teams, or individuals, my goal is simple—help others unlock the same clarity and momentum I experienced once AI truly clicked for me

My Story

My introduction to AI came during a doctoral program in Strategy and Innovation, where I first heard about tools like ChatGPT in a classroom setting. At the time, I was curious — not convinced. I experimented with it the same way many people do: asking random questions, testing whether it could help with research, and seeing if it lived up to the hype.

What surprised me wasn’t the technology itself — it was what it reflected back to me.

As I spent more time using AI, I noticed that it wasn’t just helping me do things faster. It was helping me see my own thinking more clearly. It mirrored my ideas back to me in new ways, exposed patterns I hadn’t noticed, and helped me understand the depth and value of interests I had long overlooked.

The real turning point came during a simple assignment: creating a personal brand statement.

For years, I had been operating on a plan that wasn’t fully my own — a roadmap shaped by mentors, expectations, and external definitions of success. I had never paused to question it. I just kept moving forward.

That moment forced me to stop and ask:

  • Why is this my plan?

  • Is this who I actually want to become?

  • Are these my values — or borrowed ones?

AI didn’t give me the answers — but it helped me ask better questions. That pause, that reflection, changed everything.

Since then, AI has become part of my daily life, personally and professionally. I use it to prepare for leadership conversations, align my work with organizational goals, clarify decisions, and reflect on whether my actions match who I say I want to be. I’ve used it to help others do the same. I’ve worked with mentors, colleagues, students, and professionals who felt overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or quietly carrying ideas they never acted on — not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked clarity and a starting point.

I was that person once.

Today, my work is about helping people begin — thoughtfully, confidently, and without pressure.
